Chris Marrero, General Manager
Leading the way to a great affair is our General Manager Chris Marrero. Chris, a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, started at Bruno's in 1999. Jhony Galeano, Manager
Working along side Chris is our Assistant Manager Jhonny Galeano. Jhony began his career at Bruno's in 2000 as a dish washer and kitchen helper. His hard work quickly distinguished him from others and in a few short years he moved to the dining room as a server where he quickly became a captain. Don Mulhern, Maitre D’ and Michael Bianco, Maitre D’
Both Don and Mike began their careers at Bruno’s as bartenders and quickly rose to the management level as Maitre D’s. Combined they have over 50 years of experience supervising catered affairs at Bruno’s. On the day of your affair they are present to make sure that all your requests, from the time you arrive to the time you leave have been carried out.
Joann Linser, Business Office
For the past 17 years Joann can be found working behind the scenes to ensure that all the small details of your affair are in place. Joann handles the daily bookkeeping but also works closely with our management and culinary staff to make sure that all items needed have been ordered and properly received. Her dedication to our clients is evident in every aspect of her position.

John is President and CEO of Bruno’s On the Boulevard. He began his career at Bruno’s in 1972 as a bus boy. Over the past 35 plus years he rose through the ranks as a dishwasher, waiter, bartender, Maitre D’, Banquet manager, operating partner and in 1999 became sole owner of Bruno’s On the Boulevard, Inc. In 2003 John launched, CaterIt, the off premise catering division of Bruno’s. John’s “team” mentality has helped make Bruno’s the premier venue for catered affairs. His formula of purchasing Quality ingredients, using Quality personnel, and maintaining a first Quality venue has proven to be a win-win formula for success! Sam Bruno, Founder
While no longer actively involved in the Corporation, Sam’s hard work and vision set the groundwork for what would become the number one catering facility in the New York Metropolitan area. He opened the Corporation in 1962 as a small one room operation and soon added the lobby area and a second banquet room. Rather then expanding further Sam made a commitment to personalized service and quality catering at very affordable pricing. To this day the Team at Bruno’s is committed to this goal. Just ask any of our thousands of satisfied customers, they will agree that Bruno’s is the only place to have a great catered affair.
